Stuck At Home Book Tag

I wasn’t tagged by anyone to complete this but I recently found this tag and, as it’s pretty relevant to a lot of us right now, I thought I’d join in!

The rules of the tag are as follows:

  • Thank the person who nominated you
  • Answer all the questions below
  • Pingback to the creator: Ellyn @ Allonsythornraxx
  • Nominate 5+ bloggers you’d like to know more about to do this tag

What are you currently reading?

My current read is Partners In Crime by Agatha Christie, which is the second book in her Tommy and Tuppence series.

What’s your favourite ‘can’t leave the house’ activity?

Definitely reading, along with baking and watching TV series.

A book you’ve been meaning to read forever?

I’ve been meaning to read Hilary Mantel’s Wolf Hall for a good few years now!

An intimidating book on your TBR?

The book that instantly comes to mind is Sherlock Holmes: The Complete Illustrated Short Stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I’ve wanted to read it for years, but it’s such a massive book; it’s a pretty intimidating book.

Top three priority books on your TBR?

It’s hard to choose only three!

The first has to be N or M? by Agatha Christie as this is the third book in the series I’m currently reading.

The second is If Walls Could Talk by Lucy Worsley as I’ve borrowed it from the library and I need to read it before my loan expires!

The third book is The Eve Illusion by Giovanna and Tom Fletcher as this is the second in a trilogy and I’ve been looking forward to reading it!

Recommend a short book?

At 323 pages, Trust Me by Zosia Wand is a fairly short book that I really enjoyed.

Recommend a long book?

Chain of Gold by Cassandra Clare is the longest book I’ve read this year and it’s definitely one that I would recommend! It’s page count is 617 pages.

Something you’d love to do while stuck at home?

I’d love to try out more new recipes, both in terms of baking and cooking!

What do you plan on reading next?

I think my next read will be N or M? by Agatha Christie!

I tag…

Anyone who is bored at home, reads this and wants to join in!
